Laundry Attendant

About the role

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for sorting, processing, and cleaning a variety of linens from the resort accommodations. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs while stooping and bending, and be able to lift 40lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Stand for 8+ hours a day
• Assist in the preparation of clean linen packs for the resort accommodations
• Ensure cleanliness and proper placement of all linens with attention being paid to quality and quantity
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, supervisors to increase productivity
• Perform related work as directed and in an efficient manner
• Observe safety precautions at all times and report any issues to upper management

Requirements

• Ability to stand 8+ hours a day
• Able to lift up to 50lbs while stooping and bending, and be able to lift 40lbs repeatedly
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as great customer service skills
• At least 18 years old

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, Including holidays. Hours: 7am-3:30pm, must be able to work overtime as needed
