Position Summary

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces, and ensure the spaces help create a great guest experience while upholding safety, company policies, confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to brand standards.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional uniform, appearance, and communication standards.

Requirements

• Ability to be on feet and move around for extended periods (standing, sitting, walking).
• Physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and company policies.
• Professional demeanor, including uniform compliance and appropriate communication.

Schedule

Full‑time overnight shift.
