Position Summary

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces, and ensure the hotel environment contributes to a great guest experience. Success requires a safe workplace, adherence to company policies, confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to Marriott standards.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Remain on feet for extended periods, standing, sitting, or walking as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional uniform, appearance, and communication.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤ 50 pounds without assistance.
