Laundry Attendant
About the Role

Runners work across departments to ensure that guests and associates have what they need at the moment they need it. Whether delivering items directly to guests in their rooms or providing support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, the front office, or other areas, Runners move throughout the hotel to get the job done. They are critical to ensuring smooth operations.
Key priorities include maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, including stairs and service ramps.
- Read and visually verify information in various formats, including small print, and inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to support hotel operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as described, including moving objects and navigating hotel spaces.
