Laundry Attendant

Duties

• Process hotel and guest laundry, including ironing, sorting, and folding.
• Use commercial pressing and folding equipment.
• Program and log operations.
• Iron sheets, pillow cases, table cloths.
• Fold towels.
• Sort soiled linen.
• Load dryers and distribute linen to storage areas.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds).
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

The rate of pay for this position is $18.50/hour.
