Laundry Attendant

About the Role

Responsible for the overall activities of all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel (CCCH) linens, towels, uniforms, and related items.

Responsibilities

• Supports Housekeeping by fulfilling laundry responsibilities, including but not limited to: comforters, micro towels, bed scarves, pool towels, linens, blankets, pillows, and uniforms.
• Maintain inventory and stock of laundry room products such as Ecolab detergents, spot cleaners, and chemicals; report low inventory to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor for reordering.
• Keep the laundry area clean from debris and ensure the water vent is free-flowing to prevent flooding.
• Ensure dryer filters are clean and free from debris and lint buildup.
• Clean restrooms and other assigned areas.

Requirements

• 1 year of previous laundry/housekeeping experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old and available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an Arizona Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
• Preferred Education: High School Degree or equivalent.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
• Must be computer literate.
