About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry Aide who is resident-centered, supportive of families, and eager to help strengthen our facility culture. In this role, you will maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will play a key part in enhancing resident independence, comfort, and overall quality of life through exceptional housekeeping and laundry services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment in compliance with regulations.
• Provide exceptional housekeeping and laundry services to enhance resident quality of life.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred when applicable.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
