Laundry Aide – Full-Time Days

We are currently hiring a Laundry Aide to help ensure residents receive clean, properly handled clothing and linens. This role is an important part of maintaining a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. Available Openings Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pmRotating Weekends and Holidays Required Laundry Aide Responsibilities Sort linens, towels, clothing, and other laundry items by color, size, and materialOperate commercial laundry equipment while following proper sanitization proceduresLoad and unload commercial washers and dryersPrepare and package clean laundry for delivery to residentsCreate laundry tags using appropriate resident identification informationAssist with receiving and unloading laundry deliveries from vendors and suppliersStock laundry supplies, including detergent, bleach, laundry bags, and fabric softenerClean and maintain the laundry room and equipmentFollow established safety, sanitation, and infection prevention proceduresWork cooperatively with team members to support resident needs Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred, but not requiredPrevious laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred, but not requiredBasic understanding of hospitality and customer serviceAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to perform basic arithmetic and understand measurementsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsCommitment to proper personal hygiene and professional appearance Benefits May Include On-Demand Pay – Access your paycheck when you want itGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)Career advancement opportunities with training and promotion from within403(b) Retirement Plan with a 50% match up to 4%Employee referral opportunitiesPet InsuranceMedical, dental, and vision insurance Equal Employment Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, national origin, or veteran status.
