Laundry Aide

Responsibilities

• Collect, wash, dry, hang, and fold linens, towels, and clothing for our residents
• Transport soiled linens and clothing to the laundry facility and transport clean items back to the nursing units
• Operate laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and irons, in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow established protocols for cleaning and disinfecting laundry equipment and equipment surfaces
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all areas are tidy and free of clutter
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and provide exceptional support to our residents and staff
