Position Summary
The Launch Specialist supports the Launch Coordinators by executing key administrative and operational tasks that enable a smooth onboarding experience for Remodel Health clients. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to grow into a Launch Coordinator position. You will play a critical role in supporting client onboarding behind the scenes while developing the skills needed to eventually manage implementations independently.
Responsibilities
- Support Launch Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the onboarding process
- Respond to and manage inbound customer tickets and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Aid in tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, and updating internal systems
- Aid in completing applications for onboarding clients
- Ensure accuracy of client and employee data within the platform
- Prepare materials for client meetings, employee education sessions, and onboarding communications
- Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the Launch team
- Begin developing presentation and client-facing skills through shadowing and training opportunities
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients via email and phone
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a team

Work Schedule
This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
