Responsibilities
- Obtain optimum cost of goods sold by leveraging purchasing based on tonnage
- Build relationships with suppliers, sales, OpCo staff, and customers
- Support sales by providing education, training, and demonstration of COP items, as necessary
- Communicate negotiated deals broadly to take full advantage
- Negotiate pricing and purchasing deals with vendors/suppliers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 Years of experience in sales/marketing, business, or related area within the Latin foodservice industry
- Previous Center of Plate (COP) experience
- Must live within the geographical area of the region
- Valid and good standing Driver's license
