About the role

Responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce precision metal parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate lathe machines to manufacture metal components
• Follow detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in manufacturing or machining
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proficient in using CNC lathes and related equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Good physical stamina for manual labor
• Experience with quality control processes
