Lathe Automation Machinist - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Transform semi-finished molybdenum and tungsten products into complex components using CNC lathes.
• Read and understand blueprints, GD&T, and G and M code.
• Set up and operate standard CNC lathes, including Okuma machines with Fanuc and Okuma controls.
• Perform simple program edits as needed.
• Set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides, working under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3.
• Ability to set up and operate standard CNC lathes.
• Read and understand blueprints and GD&T.
• Fluent in using all types of measuring equipment from hand tools to CMM and optical comparator.
• Read and understand G and M code.
• Perform simple program edits as needed.
• Set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides, working under limited supervision.

Pay

Pay range: $29-$35 + Bonus plan.
