About the role

Lead the night shift at a McDonald’s restaurant. Ensure top-tier service and smooth operations during late-night hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight team with energy and focus
• Handle late-night rushes efficiently
• Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and security protocols
• Support and coach team members
• Manage cash, inventory, and nightly reporting
• Be the go-to person for any issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (leadership a big plus!)
• Reliable, responsible, and thrive in late-night environments
• Able to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be 18+
• Available to work overnight shifts, including most weekends

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
