Lash Technician - Esthetician / Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications after completing our paid training program.
• Provide lash lifts, brow laminations, brow tinting, and other services as trained.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consulting with each client and recommending services that fit their goals.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in accordance with state board regulations and studio protocols.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend retail products to support their results.
• Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Accurately document client services and maintain detailed client records.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the Amazing Lash Studio brand.
• Work collaboratively with the management team and fellow stylists to create a supportive, positive studio culture.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide outstanding service during scheduled shifts.
• Participate in ongoing education, coaching, and training to continue developing technical and customer service skills.
• Meet individual performance goals related to guest satisfaction, retention, pre-booking, retail sales, and productivity.
• Aid in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment throughout the day.
• Help create social media content when opportunities arise by participating in before-and-after photos, videos, and studio promotions.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Esthetician or Cosmetology license required.
• No previous lash extension experience required—we provide comprehensive paid training.
• Passion for the beauty industry and helping clients look and feel their best.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a friendly, professional, and dependable work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and receive ongoing coaching.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precision work.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable recommending products and services based on each client's needs.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform detailed work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace while following all health and safety guidelines.
