Responsibilities

• Perform professional lash extension applications including classic, hybrid, and volume sets
• Conduct lash fill appointments and assess natural lash health at each visit
• Consult with clients to determine desired lash styles, lengths, and curl types
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked lash station at all times
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up
• Stay current on lash trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• Valid North Carolina Esthetics or Cosmetology license required
• Proven experience in lash extension application (classic, volume, and/or hybrid)
• Strong attention to detail and precision in lash placement and isolation
• Excellent communication and client consultation skills
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Experience with lash lifting and tinting is a plus
