Lash Stylist / Lash Technician

About the Role

The Lash Lounge, a premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States, is hiring Licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists to join our team as Lash Stylists in Prosper, McKinney, and Dallas (Lakewood) locations. We offer a complete menu of services, including Lash Extensions, Lash Perming, Lash & Brow Tinting, Threading, and more. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

Requirements

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred but not necessary
• Customer service focused, with a love for clients
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
