Who We Are Looking For

• A Stylist with lash experience and enjoyment of working with people
• Able to work independently and understand the safe application of eyelash extensions
• Highly motivated, friendly, and responsible

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

Required Skills

• Active Cosmetology, Lash, or Esthetics license
• Lash experience preferred
• Customer service focused; loves on your clients
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Able to work some weekends and some evenings
