About the role

Lash Artist Full Time/Part Time positions available in Hoffman Estates, IL and Wheaton, IL. We are seeking individuals who are upbeat, friendly, personable, and customer-focused to join our fun, fast-paced studios.

Job Requirements

• No experience required; training provided!
• Must hold a valid esthetician or cosmetologist license in the state of Illinois.
• Must be in studio during scheduled hours regardless of appointments.
• Maintain professional and clean appearance, follow uniform policy (shirt provided, full length pants, closed toed shoes).
• Willing to learn new techniques.
• Able to work nights and one weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
• Maintain clean studio and work station, meet studio standards.
• Positive, proactive, and a team player.
• Sign a noncompete contract and training contract.

Job Benefits

• Paid training.
• Hourly, commission, and tips; payed biweekly ($11/hr plus 5-20% commission based on sales).
• $500 sign on bonus if certified in extensions within three weeks of employment, paid at 12 months.

Pay
