About the role

Laser Screed Operators are responsible for operating laser-guided screed machines to ensure precise grading and alignment of surfaces in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser-guided screed machines to achieve accurate surface grading and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with other construction team members to coordinate work activities.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of related construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using laser-guided screed machines.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
• Strong attention to detail.
