Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation of laser machines, including moving necessary materials to and from the machine.
• Conduct quality checks and complete inspection reports for jobs run on the machine.
• Read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition while following all safety regulations.
• Perform typical laser operations and troubleshoot quality issues.
