Laser Marking {H}

A Beamer Laser Marking job involves operating, maintaining, and optimizing fiber laser marking systems to permanently mark, brand, or functional‑mark products for traceability, compliance, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser marking equipment: Set up and run Beamer fiber laser marking machines for direct part marking, functional labeling, logo branding, or surface texturing.
• Program and adjust parameters: Use software to design mark patterns, select wavelengths, and adjust power, speed, and focus for desired results.
• Ensure quality and compliance: Verify marks meet industry standards.
• Support production goals: Integrate marking systems into inline manufacturing lines for efficiency and throughput.
• Apply labels and stickers: Position, affix, and secure product labels with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Inspect and quality check: Remove defective products or packaging; verify label accuracy, seal integrity, and product conformity to specifications.
• Report issues: Notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions, label errors, or quality problems.
