The successful candidate will work on-site, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to advance our fusion research initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Initiate the interdisciplinary research, development, and design of a laser inertial fusion energy reactor that aligns with the Blue Laser Fusion advancements in laser technology, fusion targets, and reaction dynamics. Collaborate with adjacent engineering teams to ensure the integrity and functionality of the reactor and energy systems.
