Las Vegas - FOH - Shift Lead

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains team deployment according to schedule.
• Conducts shift walk-through and completes opening, transitioning, and closing tasks.
• Engages with guests to ensure service and enjoyment standards are met.
• Performs food preparation or service tasks as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
• Completes shift administration and banking tasks.
• Maintains compliance with health department regulations.
• Monitors food preparation methods and portion sizes.
• Ensures team members adhere to break and meal period schedules.
• Solves customer concerns or feedback professionally and constructively.
• Trains and guides new team members.

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food and service industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
