Laryngologist

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Laryngologist to work at Montefiore Medical Center. Montefiore Medical Center is a tertiary and quaternary care center in the Bronx, NY and is the main academic site for the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the organization’s clinical, research and teaching efforts.
• Be trained and experienced in all aspects of laryngology.
• Experience in voice feminization surgery to complement our gender affirming care practice within our Facial and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery Division.
• Experience in dysphagia and swallowing disorders is encouraged.

Requirements

• Fellowship trained in laryngology.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE).

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD).
• Medical license in good standing.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong surgical skills.
