Responsibilities

• Digital print production related to sign production
• Print, bindery & finishing, and installation of signage products
• Large format & sign finishing, including installation
• Understanding of large format design and execution is a plus: setting up files for cut vinyl, analyzing files for large signage, understanding of differences in substrates, including vehicle wraps and custom vinyl installations
• Other essential functions needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output
• Inter-departmental support, as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operating wide-format printers and associated equipment for commercial sign companies or printers
• Proven understanding or experience using equipment, including large format digital printers, UV flatbed printers, roll to roll printers, vinyl printers, laminators, and flatbed routers.
• Positive, professional attitude

• Demonstrated ability to work quickly and neatly while multitasking, comfortable with changing priorities
• Basic math skills and the ability to use a computer
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and work over a waist-high table

• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload
• Mechanically inclined
• Valid driver's license

Pay

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Large Format Sign & Vinyl Specialist to join our production team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of large-format print production, including printer operation, finishing, vinyl application, quality control, and installation preparation. The position plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, production accuracy, and overall execution across a wide range of signage and visual communication projects.
