Large Format Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large format print and finishing schedules.
• Operate and maintain large format printers.
• Operate and maintain laminators, plotters, and cutting equipment.
• Ensure accurate color output and precise finishing.
• Oversight material inventory for large format.
• Train and supervise large format production staff.
• Cook up installation for large format projects when applicable.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.

Skills

• Expertise in large format printing technologies.
• Material knowledge (vinyl, fabrics, rigid substrates).
• Finishing techniques.
• Color management.
• Ability to read and interpret design files.
• Safety protocols for large equipment.

Compensation

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
