Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Linguistic Expert to work on a part-time basis. The role involves analyzing and interpreting linguistic data to support AI model development. Candidates will evaluate language patterns, cultural nuances, and contextual accuracy for machine learning applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze linguistic datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and cultural variations.
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated translations for accuracy and natural flow.
- Assess context and intent in user-generated content to improve language processing models.
- Collaborate with AI teams to provide linguistic feedback on model outputs.
- Document linguistic guidelines and standards for consistent AI training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in at least one language with strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience in linguistics, computational linguistics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with AI language models and their linguistic limitations.
- Ability to interpret and apply linguistic theory to practical AI development scenarios.
- Strong attention to detail in analyzing language structure and semantics.
