LANGUAGE FACILITATOR

About the role

MISTAFF is seeking an Assistant to support job posting and job search operations across Michigan's K-12 education sector. This role collaborates with multiple state-level educational organizations to maintain effective job board functionality.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the MISTAFF job posting and search platform
• Collaborate with partner organizations including the Michigan Association of Intermediate School Administrators, Michigan Association of Superintendents & Administrators, Michigan Association of School Boards, Michigan Association of Secondary School Principals, Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association, and Michigan School Public Relations Association
• Assist with job posting content management and quality control
• Provide support to users navigating the job search system
• Coordinate with educational institutions posting K-12 alternative certification opportunities

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Michigan's K-12 education system and administrative structures
• Experience with content management systems or job board platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple partner organizations
• Understanding of alternative certification pathways in K-12 education
