Language Enabled Analyst

Overview

Two Six Technologies builds, deploys, and implements innovative products that solve complex challenges. The Language Enabled Analyst will support a U.S. Government customer, leveraging linguistic and cultural expertise to develop messaging strategies across social media platforms, engage with individuals in target regions, study OSINT data, assess content validity, and produce analytical reports. This position is hybrid and based in Arlington, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Assess content in target language or dialect for potential intelligence value.
• Engage with individuals in target language on behalf of the program.
• Develop and implement messaging strategies for propagating content in target‑language information environments.
• Write long‑form analytical reports in English that summarize findings for multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze a wide variety of open‑source intelligence (OSINT) information.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Arabic and French.
• Advanced professional writing skills in English.
• Minimum of 4 years writing grammatically and culturally appropriate content in the target language without peer review.
• Minimum of 4 years of intensive academic or professional experience with political and/or security issues in the target region.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting a government customer.
• High‑level familiarity with traditional and social media in the target language, including trends, key personalities, political dynamics, and current events.
• Demonstrated use of the target language in an intelligence community (IC) or information operations (IO)/OSINT mission set.
• Experience using a range of technologies, including databases and open‑source tools.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native proficiency in Farsi, Pashto, Dari, or Urdu.
• HUMINT/targeting experience or experience in cybersecurity.
• Background in data science and/or programming languages.

Pay

Salary Range: $110,000 – $145,000 USD (annualized).
