Landscaping - Operator I

What You'll Do

As an Operator I, you'll work independently and alongside a team to maintain commercial and residential properties while operating professional landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

Landscape Responsibilities

• Operate stand-behind and zero-turn mowers
• Perform trimming, edging, blowing, and property cleanup
• Drive company vehicles between job sites
• Safely tow and back trailers
• Complete assigned routes with minimal supervision
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and production standards
• Represent the company professionally with customers and the public

Winter Snow Operations

• Operate pickup trucks, skid steers, and UTVs equipped with plows
• Complete assigned snow routes independently
• Assist with deicing and ice management
• Report hazardous site conditions
• Respond during winter weather events as needed
• Help ensure properties remain safe and accessible

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• 3 years of Landscaping/Lawn maintenance Experience
• Experience operating stand-behind and/or zero-turn mowers
• Experience towing and backing trailers
• Able to safely operate landscaping equipment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
