Landscaping Crew Member - Secured Access

About the role

Responsibilities

• Join our landscaping laborer team and learn everything you need to know, like how to mow lawns, trim bushes, and spread mulch.
• Mow large lawn areas, edging sidewalks and driveways, and trimming around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.
• Weed flowerbeds, prune shrubs and small trees, lay mulch, or plant seasonal flowers.
• Blow off walkways, clear any debris, and make sure everything looks polished.
• Unload, clean up, and prep for the next day after the team returns to the office.

Requirements

• No landscaping experience required — we provide full training.
• Willingness to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail when completing tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup.

Qualifications

• Valid RealID
• Able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Pay

Compensation for this role is determined in good faith and based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, education, and internal equity, in accordance with applicable law. Employees and applicants may request additional compensation information as permitted by law.
