Landscaping Crew Leader - (Columbus West)

Description

This is NOT an entry level position and requires at least 1 year of Landscaping Crew Leader work experience at a Company we can contact to verify and a Valid Driver’s License with a Chauffeur’s endorsement (Chauffeur’s License)! The PAY FOR THIS ROLE IS $19-$22 PER HOUR AND IS DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD.

Here’s What You’d Do

• Flex your leadership skills, directing the work of 2-5 team members.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Maintain a schedule, and ensure service expectations are met.
• Identify more efficient ways to perform work.
• Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assist in achieving a resolution.
• Crew Management: Providing the Production Manager with feedback on crew members and assisting in the development and training of crew members.
• Turning in accurate crew time logs.
• Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance.
• Logging equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
