Lambert Lawn Care is looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee and manage our landscaping teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in landscape maintenance or installation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping crews
• Train and mentor team members in proper techniques and safety procedures
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to company standards
• Assist with the scheduling and planning of landscape projects

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the landscaping industry
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation best practices
