Position Overview
Exclusive is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Orlando branch as an Account Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while managing daily service operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by fostering proactive communication with all stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer service by educating clients on horticultural best practices and correcting problems proactively.
- Conduct landscape quality assessments and provide recommendations for property enhancements.
- Assist clients in property improvement plans and annual budgets.
- Lead a team of 12-25 employees organized into 3-5 landscape maintenance crews.
- Manage daily operations to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the company’s enhancement, irrigation, agronomy, and arbor care divisions to ensure seamless execution of all services provided to the customers in your portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer account management within commercial landscaping or a related industry.
- Operations management experience within the commercial landscape industry.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred.
- Conversational Spanish language proficiency a plus.
- Appropriate industry certifications (NALP, irrigators license, applicators license, etc) a plus.
