SunGrow Landscape Maintenance is a leading privately owned commercial landscape maintenance company, serving commercial clients across Texas for the last 30 years. SunGrow operates 8 branches across the Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston markets and is a regional brand of SunWorks Landscape Partners, a national operator of leading regional commercial landscape businesses. We provide recurring landscape maintenance services to corporate campuses, universities, office parks, retail centers, light industrial properties, and homeowners associations.

About the Role

SunGrow is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Fort Worth branch as an Account Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while managing daily service operations. This role requires a combination of team leadership skills and project management expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by fostering proactive communication with all stakeholders.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by educating clients on horticultural best practices and correcting problems proactively.
  • Conduct landscape quality assessments and provide recommendations for property enhancements.
  • Assist clients in property improvements plans and annual budgets.
  • Lead a team of 12-25 employees organized into 3-5 landscape maintenance crews.
  • Manage daily operations to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the company’s enhancement, irrigation, agronomy, and arbor care divisions to ensure seamless execution of all services provided to the customers in your portfolio.

Requirements

  • Proven experience or interest in customer account management within commercial landscaping.
  • Operations management experience within the commercial landscape industry.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred.
  • Conversational Spanish language proficiency a plus.
  • Appropriate industry certifications (NALP, irrigators license, applicators license, etc.) a plus.
