Landscaper - Hospitality

About the role

The Landscaper's job is to cultivate and take care of the landscaping and grounds of the property. Responsibilities include planting, mowing, pulling weeds, repairing structures, and maintaining the outsides of buildings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, replace, and repair irrigation systems
• Service outdoor lighting elements including timers and photocells
• Maintain fencing
• Clean firepits, BBQ grills, and reset site furniture
• Mulch and maintain various ground coverings
• Trim trees and shrubs

Requirements

• Ability to install, service, replace, and repair irrigation systems, outdoor lighting elements, fencing, firepit cleaning, mulching, and tree/shrub trimming
• Dependable, punctual, impeccable attendance record
• Able to handle hand and power tools
• Accurate, attention to detail, service-oriented, strong organizational skills
• Care of small animals
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor
• Safe operation of a golf cart
• Safe operation of a riding lawn mower and other landscaping machinery
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
