Pay

$20.00 per hour with paid overtime when earned.

Schedule

7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday (dayshift). During snow removal season, must be available for on-call duties 24/7, including all hours of the day.

Responsibilities

• General labor on landscaping projects of various sizes and complexity
• Lawn care, lawn maintenance, and grounds care functions
• Assist in make-ready/turning units between tenant occupancy
• During snow removal season, clear driveways and parking lots using plows and/or snow blowers
• Apply deicing/salting materials to walkways and parking lots during snow removal season
• Maintain full landscaping duties at multiple apartment communities under supervisor guidance

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in professional landscaping
• Snow plowing experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Willingness to be on call for snow removal duties 24/7 during snow season
