Key Responsibilities

• Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers, and utility vehicles.
• Prepares soil for planning beds and lawn areas.
• Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris clean up.

Minimum Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stands, walks, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.
• Works in outdoor weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
