About the role

The CNU Grounds Department strives to provide exceptional service and a safe environment to the CNU community and visitors, while being an environmental steward in maintaining a beautiful and inviting university.

As a Landscaper for the Grounds Department, you will be a working crew member, coordinating with supervisors, completing daily tasks. You will be responsible for the maintenance of all existing and future landscape plantings on campus in designated areas to enhance the visual beauty of the University while promoting healthy vigorous plant growth through environmentally sustainable methods.

Requirements

• Must be dependable and self-motivated
• Must be able to work independently or with a team
• Good communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Skills

Experience working outside performing landscape maintenance tasks is preferred.

Pay

Salary $31,200 to $38,550, commensurate with education and experience. Position is eligible for overtime.
