Landscape Superintendent

About the role
Under the supervision of the Account Manager, you will plan, schedule, and implement the tasks of a field crew to ensure compliance with contract specifications, labor and materials budgets, and client expectations. You will supervise landscape installation and construction activities, ensuring consistent quality and safety for crew members. Additionally, you will assist the Account Manager in enhancing client landscapes by offering appropriate additional services.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and implement field crew tasks
- Supervise landscape installation and construction activities to ensure quality and safety
- Assist the Account Manager with enhancing client landscapes through additional services
- Coordinate with branch management, customers, and other employees
- Interact regularly with assigned Yellowstone Landscape clientele through verbal and written communications
- Monitor landscape health and care needs on assigned properties
- Operate Bobcat and mini excavator
Requirements
- Experience managing a crew providing landscape installations, construction, or related services
- Exceptional client-service skills and a keen sense of ownership
- Ability to read landscape plans and layout plantings
- Pro-active attitude to resolve issues before they become problematic
- Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Clean driving record
- Passion for landscaping ("Green Thumb")
