Landscape Project Manager

About the role

A local Alaskan developer and contractor in Anchorage is hiring for a skilled and experienced Landscape Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will manage construction and civil projects, ensure outdoor areas look their best, and handle all aspects of construction from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients
• Completing take-offs and cost estimates
• Generating contracts and proposals
• Planning sequences of work
• Purchasing and logistics of equipment and materials
• Supervising on-site labor forces
• Ensuring customer quality assurance

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the construction industry, including residential and commercial projects
• Skills in landscape, hardscape, fencing, driveways, concrete, and snow removal
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Ability to work well within small teams
• Bi-Lingual in English & Spanish is a plus
