Landscape Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of Landscape Maintenance.
• Oversight of all landscape maintenance crews.
• Assist crew's daily operations.
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior landscape maintenance experience.
• Able to direct and participate in grounds maintenance.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Other Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Communicate company's goals to homeowners.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and asset care.
• Train field staff on maintenance equipment and techniques.
• Attend walkthroughs with foremen and Manager.
• Schedule labor, equipment, and materials for production.
• Maintain quality control with a focus on bed maintenance.
• Confirm contract specifications are met with homeowner satisfaction.
• Respond to homeowner complaints.
• Report issues to Manager.
• Oversee subcontractors on landscape maintenance projects.
• Evaluate and advise homeowners on recommended treatments.
