Key Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of Landscape Maintenance.
- Oversight of all landscape maintenance crews.
- Assist crew's daily operations.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior landscape maintenance experience.
- Able to direct and participate in grounds maintenance.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Other Qualifications
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Communicate company's goals to homeowners.
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping and asset care.
- Train field staff on maintenance equipment and techniques.
- Attend walkthroughs with foremen and Manager.
- Schedule labor, equipment, and materials for production.
- Maintain quality control with a focus on bed maintenance.
- Confirm contract specifications are met with homeowner satisfaction.
- Respond to homeowner complaints.
- Report issues to Manager.
- Oversee subcontractors on landscape maintenance projects.
- Evaluate and advise homeowners on recommended treatments.
