Landscape Plant Care Crew Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead job-related tasks, including site preparation and project setup
• Operate various landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Install landscaping features, hardscaping elements, and irrigation systems
• Support excavation and grading activities to ensure proper site development
• Apply lawn treatments, fertilizers, and other lawn care products as directed
• Help with snow removal operations during winter months to ensure safe and accessible properties

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related field required
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods

Requirements

• Candidates should have at least one year of landscape or construction experience
• The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, work independently or as part of a team
• Has knowledge of landscape and construction materials and methods
• Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• A valid driver's license with a safe driving record
