Landscape Operative

About the role

Land Structure has been in business for over 40 years, with headquarters in Old Stratford and a regional office in Suffolk. We specialise in new housing developments, green spaces, and professional sports field construction, understanding the science behind all-weather pitches. This is an all-year-round outdoor role requiring physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Working hours

Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work), starting at 6:30am, usually leaving site by 4pm depending on location.

Requirements

• Excellent horticultural and plant identification skills
• Broad range of landscaping experience
• Team player who promotes a positive working environment
• Passionate about landscaping, positive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Drawing interpretation skills
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure works are carried out to the highest standard, first time

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is preferable
• A current CSCS card is preferable

Pay
