Landscape Maintenance Crew

Responsibilities

Prioritize safety by demonstrating the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promptly reporting any accidents or injuries.

Operate and secure basic equipment (gas shears, trimmers, push mowers, blowers, etc.) with a willingness to train on larger mowing equipment.

Embrace ongoing training in proper pruning, bed maintenance, and turf care.

Ensure the security of all equipment and trucks by locking them when not in use, both on job sites and at the shop.

Keep accurate job time via phone app.

Contribute to the overall care and cleanliness of equipment and trucks.

Participate in snow/ice removal operations while maintaining a safe work environment.

Understand and execute the New Garden Way every day.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Punctuality and limited absences.
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
• Possession of a valid NC Driver's License with limited infractions.
• A good attitude toward your work and teammates.
• Good communication skills, goal-oriented, honest, and ethical.
