Landscape Laborer (Stormwater)

Responsibilities

• Routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems and infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other stormwater assets)
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance and cleanup, light construction, and maintenance repairs for client properties.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
• Travel from the shop to client sites locally and regionally using the company truck. 4-8 days per month is typical (Monday - Friday).

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with outdoor manual labor preferred.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally required.
• Due to DOT interstate transportation requirements, employees must meet the minimum requirement of 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.

Skills

• Ability to perform various physical tasks (i.e., bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.)
• Work in a variety of weather conditions.

Pay

Expected Pay Range: $18 USD - $21 USD

Schedule

Full Time, 40-55 hours per week (Monday-Friday, overtime opportunities)

Regional Travel

Required, typically 4-8 days per month ($59 per diem on travel days)

Summer Travel Bonus

Eligible for our Summer travel bonus! On the 5th day of out-of-town travel and beyond per month, you could earn a $100 out-of-town travel bonus per day of travel.
