Landscape Laborer - Construction

About the role

We are seeking experienced Landscape Install Laborers to work safely in the field. Ideal candidates are bright, energetic, team players who are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and take ownership of their work. Projects will vary in size and scope based on client specifications.

This role may require occasional out-of-state travel; candidates must be able and willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Show up on time daily with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to perform assigned tasks.
• Load, unload, and install trees and other landscape-related plants, materials, and equipment.
• Site preparation and clean up.
• Install drip irrigation including ¾ poly, barbs, and emitters.
• Contribute to our safety culture by attending and actively participating in weekly safety training.
• Follow company safety protocols, identify, and communicate safety issues to the team.

Candidates with experience in masonry work, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls are desired.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”) is a plus.
