The Role

Responsibilities

• Maintaining plant beds by pulling weeds and keeping them clear of debris.
• Pruning plants; ensuring plants, shrubbery, and trees are neatly trimmed and routinely deadheaded.
• Maintaining irrigation systems by changing and adjusting sprinkler heads.
• Mowing and line trimming lawns.
• Snow removal as needed.
• Light building maintenance, which may include helping the building maintenance crew with assigned duties.

Requirements

• One year of related work experience, or two years of work experience.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License.

Schedule

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
