About the Role

You’ll work both independently and as part of a crew, coordinating your schedule with your supervisor, troubleshooting and repairing systems in the field, and helping us deliver on our promise: Reliable. Professional. Done Right. This is year-round work, with participation in our snow and ice operations through the winter season.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage your assigned service account base by servicing client needs and maintaining a positive, proactive relationship at every visit.
  • Maintain, repair, and help construct irrigation systems to a high standard of quality.
  • Clock in and out as scheduled, and coordinate day-to-day activities with your supervisor.
  • Complete assigned tasks in the manner instructed by your supervisor, working both alone and alongside others.
  • Monitor sites and suggest improvements to system performance and efficiency.
  • Report needs for additional equipment, personnel, materials, or tools — and report any damage or loss to assigned equipment immediately.
  • Maintain and submit all recordkeeping and billing information accurately and on time.
  • Follow best safety practices on every job site.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of snow & ice services during the winter season.
  • Actively pursue career-based educational opportunities, and take on additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Solid working knowledge of irrigation system maintenance, repair, and construction.
  • Ability to read and understand irrigation and landscape design plans.
  • Good knowledge of equipment, tool, and machine maintenance and operation.
  • Basic knowledge of managing the urban outdoor environment.
  • A willingness to embrace and use technology on the job.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to safe work practices.
  • At least one career-related license or certification.
